The hotel looks and feels brand new from the lobby to the guest rooms. Nice touches include a trundle bed in a king room, modern electronics, and a very comfortable bed. There is one major drawback at the moment though. Location. There isn't much around. The in-house bar & restaurant are closer to a short order dive, and delivery services have a bit of a hike to make. That's enough to take a full star off an otherwise positive experience. If I'm ever in Roanoke again I'll be happy to stay here... After grabbing dinner to go.

Very comfortable beds and soft linens.. Loved the sheets! Clean room w microwave and mini fridge. Newly remodeled lobby that makes you feel like ur outdoors, airy and roomy. Room came w complimentary breakfast that is worth purchasing if your rate doesn't include. Try the yummy omelet. Friendly staff and pet friendly. Be a first choice to stay again.

The inside of the hotel are in excellent condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside is a little rundown and is the reason I rated as 4 stars. An exterior refresh and better lighting in the parking lot would make it more accommodating.

Clean, friendly service.nVictoria at front was very efficient on check and helpful. Guy running food service at bar was great.nThis is the best Holiday Inn I've been in yet.

This felt like a major upgrade from the similarly priced Wxxx chain that seems to have bought out everybody else. Exceptionally clean. Far nicer room and staff. An actual operating kitchen and bar (before 8:30 pm). The only reason they didn't get 5 stars in this price range (and I had 2 small dogs with me) was that during COVID room service staff is the same as bar/restaurant staff, and they were slammed. Had to go get my own dinner (Tuscan Chicken sandwich was great, collard greens to die for).nnSame awful blue room lights as the other guys, though. But in this class, head of the class.
