I love this store. Great customer service, good prices, and awesome coupons! Duane at the front door is the best. This store puts Sams club to shame.

This place is not worth paying for membership. I would prefer staying with Sam's club.
This store kept my banking info and took money from my account. I did not want to renew my membership but they took the money anyway. I've tried to get in touch every way that I know how. They wont answer the phone. I waited 11/2 hours to speak to someone. They wont answer or return calls or emails. I will never do business with these thieves again. I want my money back!!! They took my money and now wint give it back. I hate a thief.
I did not even want to give them 1 star. I went into the Roanoke VA store and was told since my children are older than 2 they had to wear masks. When I pointed out the all be it illegal executive order said 10 and over I was told they are a private club and could basically do whatever they want. No thank you I will take my $ and my freedom elsewhere. #boycotbj
