I am VERY pleased with my experience! Shawnee and George, together, were absolutely amazing! Both have perfect mixtures of bubbly yet professional personalities! They took care of my order at a time that SHOULD have been inconvenient for them, however it was done with diligence, proficience and patience! For that I am so grateful! Just moved to the state. Ordered furniture ....Charlie the Manager was mooooore than helpful. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND to satisfy customers. Good customer service is rare nowadays. He is patient and PROFESSIONAL. Thank you Charlie!!!

Wow, I didn’t realize how many bad reviews this place had or I might have hesitated or not come at all but I’m glad I didn’t see them because my experience with buddies has been fantastic! Not sure what others have gone through but the team that help my fiancé and I, drivers Steven and Brandon and the in store guy Charlie who made this all come together for us were great.nnFurniture came very quickly in excellent condition, brand new and the customer service was outstanding. So yeah I would recommend this place to anyone and plan to continue to acquire more furniture pieces for my home. Thanks so much all of you for making this process so smooth and easy for us!

I will never do business with them again I have been paying for for a stackable washer and dryer since 2/22/20 and I've had to call the out over 5 times to fix it because it keeps breaking down... Called today be the dryer is not working again for the 2 ND time And asked if it could be replaced because we have so many issues with it and they told me they would pick it up tomorrow and end my contact with them without even offering a refund on the money that i paid almost 2000dollars I've never been late on a payment or anything there customer service sucks ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

The absolute worst place to do business with!! They run your card without authorization from you and call at least 6-7 before the actual due date. Rude staff that’s very unprofessional. It’s a miracle I haven’t laid hands on multiple employees at this location especially Charlie! DO NOT GO HERE FOR FURNITURE! Buyer beware
