We went in this store so happy with how wonderful everything looked. We purchased a new living room set & a whole bedroom set for our kids including an extra matching twin bed. Everything was delivered 2 days later, dresser did not match the mirror (mirror was bright white and dresser was an off white) and night stand was a off white as well. Sent that back and 4 days later they send another dresser and night stand except this time the night stand was the correct white and the dresser was not only wrong again the bottom was busted open. We have been given the run around by their manager who claims to be doing everything he can but we still wait another day to see if they send the wrong dresser. I will never send a friend here or ever purchase from here again. Worse customer service ever.

Angel was absolutely fantastic. I've never had any issues with there staff and every time I come in they are on par with getting me whatever help I need. Already made 2 purchase trips here and refered someone who has also purchased here. Highly recommend this location and talking to Angel (although all their staff is fantastic)

Got pre approved. Spoke to someone and let them know i wasn’t ready to move forward with a purchase yet. They still ran my credit without my approval and caused me to get a hard inquiry on my credit report. Fighting to have it removed now.

I was contacted several times today inviting me to come in and shop at their store. So I decided that I would drop in to see if they had what I needed. I had a schedule appointment for Monday but because I had extra time today I decided to drop in early. When I entered the door I was greeted by several of their staff members. Welcoming me in the store. I am guessing there were four people in the front in white shirts and three red shirts employees standing in the back but close enough to see me walking in the door. Plus a security guard standing in front of the counter. I was looking for fitness equipment and was told that they had two items in the store over the phone. I could see them from a distance so I made my way to the item. As I was walking to the item there was a tall black gentleman walking behind me. I started to look at the treadmill and I could see the salesman coming to me . Anyone in the store could see I was interested in the treadmill. I even stood on it to see how it felt. I stood there waiting on this person to help but as I stood there. He turn the opposite direction and started talking to an employee that was sitting at a desk near where I was standing! I looked around and it appear to me I was the only customer in the store. I was greeted and noticed when I first entered the store but not a single salesman or person made an attempt to help me. The treadmill was everything I was looking for. They even had a price tag that said fee delivery and Assembly. But their customer’s service was horrible. I decided that my visit was pointless, clearly they didn’t want my business today. As I was walking out the door, the security guard was the only one that asked me was everything okay. I told her that someone had been blowing up my phone all day trying to get me to shop there but no one came to ask me did I need any help. She started that she seen the salesman walking behind me and she too question why he didn’t help me. After I exited the door I did call within the store and told them that I had just walked out and was unhappy with their service. I guess I will look elsewhere for my fitness needs, clearly this store did not want my 3000$ in store credit today!!! 29898392.
