YESTERDAY I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT- I HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE- NO ONE ANSWERED BUT I WAS CALLED BACK AND MY APPT WAS MADE FOR 5 TODAY. AT 4 50 I AM IN THE PARKING LOT- GET A CALL CAN YOU COME AT 5 15 OR 5 30...NO I AM HERE- SO I SAID FORGET IT- WENT TO DAVIS FORD CROSSING- WHICH WILL BE MY NEW PLACE- KIND OF SAD- BUT THAT IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a wonderful experience. I received a gel fill and just watching the way the technician did my nails had me mesmerized. And I've had my nails done for years but they take special care and the hand massages are absolutely wonderful. It is a bit pricey but well worth The Visit.

The place was clean and nice looking. Offers nice selection of organic spa treatments. I asked for them to fit me in since it was last minute so I really appreciate that they fit me in. I went here to get a full set and pedi before I went to the beach. The lady did nice job on the nails but the reason for the low rating is because I had 2 brake off within 7 days of getting them done and another 1 broke on the 11th day. I paid $160 plus $40 tip at the time of the service. I have had my nails done for years prior to Covid so I can expect 2-3 weeks from my wear and tear on nails. nails braking off in 5 days is really disappointing.
