Everything was perfect! Bonus surprise was that they serve Indian food. Only place to get it on the Eastern Shore.

Literally everything here is delicious! My birthday cake this summer a local favorite the Smith Island cake (I think was 8 layers) was SO GOOD!! Great selection of pastries/sweets and a few savory breakfast items! Can't wait to get back and try some more sweet treats!

My family unanimously agrees that the cake we purchased from Coastal Baking is the best we’ve ever had in our lives! We got a bananas foster cake for my moms 63rd birthday....and she is a serious dessert eater. We loved it and can’t wait to have a reason to buy another one!

OMG caliber food!nnWe decided to take a quick road trip out of town across the bridge towards the Eastern Shore. I'm so glad we did. We came across this little place by accident and looks like we are going to add this to the routine.nnThe food here is worth the drive (and the toll).nnThe apple pie: was just the right amount of sweetness. I appreciated the generous amount of cinnamon.nnThe magic bar (I think that's what it is called, if not, it tasted like magic): all I will say is, I should have bought the other two that were left under the glass lid.nnMy Muffaletta: their take on this classic New Orleans sandwich was GOOD. The bread was perfect (nice and soft), and the meat and olive spread had all the right tastes going. I've had plenty of them down in New Orleans and theur version is pretty darn good.nnWell done! See you soon....

Stopped by downtown for a bite to eat with the family while moving from va beach to chincoteague. Found this resturant and it was delicious. Only 2 customers allowed in the shop at a time (COVID) and it was busy constantly had people stopping by around noon on a Friday. Whole families that are related are allowed in together. Employes all wore masks. We ordered bread pudding (delicious), sweet potato bread pudding (ok as I'm not a sweet potato person but everyone agreed the regular bread pudding was better), cinnamon roll ( a little dry on the outside but very good on the inside and they also heated it up for us) and lastly 7 layer bar (my wife said it's the best one she has ever had). We would definitely stop by again if we were in town or driving by.
