Store is very clean and organized. Staff was actively restocking shelves. Only one staff member out of about 10 greeted me while shopping.n2 cashiers were at registers, 1 was occupied with another customer, the one who eventually rung me out chose to finish hanging shirts on racks prior to helping me.
The young lady that helped us was wonderful and knew her job. She was working in the furniture dept and was great finding the chair I was looking for. I forgot to get her name so I couldn't give her name for future use. The Big Lots we visited was in Manassas, Va.
Andrew was awesome! Talked to him a few times when I called the store and told me everything, made my return very very easy. He even remembered my name when I came in-store to do the return *two weeks later*! Crazy awesome customer service. Thanks Andrew (I hope I remembered his name correctly)
I like big lots. The employees are always friendly no matter what State it is. Just like everywhere, you have to know your prices.
They didn't have what we went for but so much there wound buying some great finds. Nice well kept store and friendly staff.
