My first and only experience with this shop was on 10/4/20. I was delighted there wasn’t a wait for their version of a spa pedicure. I was delighted with the soaking, hot oil bag, and super hot stones, but the polish job took forever for basic black gel polish & matte. The lady literally kept doing the same two toes over and over- polishing, curing, and electric filing the polish off.nnBy 10/6, those two toe nails were burning and the polish was chipping away in a weird way. Gel shouldn’t be cracking and chipping like that- sub par polish? Perhaps. It is now 10/15/20, and I hand filed the polish off of all of my toes today because those two toes are so sore and I have two toes on the other foot that are sore in the nail area. Once I got the polish off, I could finally see why my toes hurt. They are infected!nnNever again will I visit that shop. Their Covid protocols seemed ok but clearly they are not a hygienic establishment.

I always get a Mani Pedi eyebrows. The staff is excellent and Tracy is awesome. So are the rest of the nail techs I've had most of them. I'm always grateful if they knew what I did they'd be surprised my nails last so long but they do, they do such a grest job!! I read some of the other reviews but I can only speak for me. I'm sorry you're not as happy and satisfied and grateful as I am. Thank you so much for fitting me in and always mostly at the last minute.nnSemper FidelisnAnnette

I recently tried this salon for the first time a week ago and had a terrible experience from start to finish. I came in for a full set and to begin with the nail tech cut my natural nails down to my skin and even cut me on my pinky nail and acted like she didn’t see it. She was rough on my hands the entire time and my index finger nail is crooked. The shape is not constant and they are thick and bulky. I am someone who gets their nails done religiously so I know how they are supposed to look and feel. Then to top it off about a week of having them I started to receive terrible pain in my middle finger into my hand, once removing the nail I saw that I now have an INFECTION on my nail bed that I never had before. They used unsanitary materials on their clients during a pandemic none the less and that is completely unacceptable.

I got a full set on week ago. The set was beautiful, but I broke my nail, so I went back to get the nail fixed. The lady who did my original set was not present, so the man, Don, said he would fix it. He rushed to do my nail, leaving it uneven and entirely too thick compared my other nails! It is SUPER noticeable. So disappointed. He didn’t charge for the service, but its sooo poor they should owe me money. I loved Princess Nails, but I will not be returning. My advice.. DON’T GO !
