Cashier was polite, friendly and helpful. Half of my $200 purchase was landscape block. After I finished with my purchase the cashier called for someone to come and get the landscape block and load. I put my other purchases in my vehicle and pulled up to the loading area and let here know where I was parked. She called again for loading assistance. I waited by my truck for another 15 minutes and checked in with the cashier who called again for assistance. I waited another 5 minutes no one showed up so I got a cart and started loading what I could handle at one time and pushing the cart to my truck, unloading and going in to load again. On my last trip out with the few remaining, there is an employee standing there waiting for the cashier to tell him what to do. He helped me with the last few I had. Mind you... I am disabled and female. Had I been a strapping young man in the lumber department they may have helped me.

Quick shopping in the garden area, only 3 customer in the early morning, got in...got out with my goods within 10 minutes. Employee loaded up my car and I'm out.

Our home was built in the 40's. We are currently painting the interior of our home. After I painted our daughters room, I noticed the paint wasn't quite right. It would peel right off the wall. I made a trip to home depot and was buying paint for another area in our home. I wanted a particular color for my project. They matched a shade of paint from the 60's perfectly! The paint expert Chris asked questions about what I was painting and the age of my home....he explained that the paint previously used in my home required a primer before painting to keep the walls from peeling! This advice saved me from the walls peeling and wasting money on repainting!!!! Thank you Chris!

Drove over an hour to pick up a door. The worker refused to load the door in the truck and told me I could rent their trailer or pay for delivery. I had an empty truck, blankets and tons of straps. I even offered to purchase plywood to make the guy feel better about it and he refused. I also asked if he could take the door off the frame to make him feel better and he told me he doesn't have tools (ummm you're home depot). They refunded me my money and I left without anything. This is why I shop at lowes.
