I just spoke with an Officer on the telephone about a shipment that I was delivering to a nearby port. He was professional, courteous, insightful and helpful. It's always a pleasure to interact with Officers of his caliber. I just wish that I had gotten his name so that I could give him 5 stars on CBP's website. Don't judge this organization by the actions of one or two Officers, I've been dealing with the U.S. Customs Service for over 33 years and by and large I've had exceptional service from them.

Package was shipped to me May 27th.. still hasnt shown up. Hit customs before June 20th... get it together people.

All of the CBP Officers are friendly and helpful except one of the females, white, mid 30’s.nnVery rude and asked very innapropriate questions that were above her pay grade and none of her business.
