Unbelievable
We go to Dunkin back home weekly and visited this location while visiting. The food was better here than we are used to. It's obvious a lot of attention was paid to our order. Expect to wait a long time for this kind of service though. It seemed like each order was made while the customer waited at the drive thru window.
I come to this location regularly. They are out of munchkins and donuts pretty consistently and the iced coffee tastes different every single time. But its coffee.
Usually a great place. Today, 6 people working all of which one who are and doing absolutely nothing and the one doing work is moving slow as possible. Had a mobile order and waited for 20 minutes for it. Pulled up the window and sat looking at it on the counter til someone finally came up and gave it to us after 3 girls looked at us waiting. Love getting my food after it was cold and the ice was all melted.
Donuts were fine, drive-thru staff phoning it in -- no thank you or have a nice day -- just handed me my order and closed the window to continue chat with coworker.
