Terrible customer service. Good fresh food.nnStopped here off I95 and waited FOREVER for anyone to greet us or heaven forbid take our order or even speak to us... nothing.nnSo we decided we had better use the kiosk, of the three only one was functioning.nnPlaced our Togo order for lunch 3 adults and 1 kid, none of us familiar w the kiosk etc and it takes forever. By this time a young gal has stepped from the back and started to take face to face orders (for two local families).nnAnyway, my steak sandwich has nothing on it - no lettuce not tomato? And my son’s bagel is not sliced nor toasted nor does it have cream cheese on it or in the bag... and this was the hardest part of using the kiosk, finding where we selected slice, toast and add cream cheese - which of course is an up-charge?!nnI’d like my money back. I look forward to hearing from management.nnCafe order # 553463100 04/05/21 at 1242 pmnnThat’s the best that I can do, as the kiosk didn’t give me a receipt.

Visited on our drive between NC and VA. My daughter accidentally spilled her whole bowl of soup outside while we were setting down plates. We notified Baxter who was cleaning up other stuff outside to let him know the chair needed to be cleaned. On his own, brought her out a replacement soup. Much thanks, we were just going to split what we had already ordered. Small kindness like this is very much appreciated in the midst of a long drive!!

Love the soup. Did 2 in 2 with 2 soups. Had never had the vegetable soup. It was delicious. The store was clean. Staff was professional and helpful

The food was amazing and the services was fantastic. but it is overpriced! but the chicken wrap was the best and the bagel was amazing and it was toasted with cream on it. i wanted to eat outside but it was raning and they gave me a discount because of my panera card.

Service was awesome. The food was on point like all Panera locations. Maybe it was just after lunch, but the tables could have used a wipe down.
