I purchased a halo glide bassinet from here last weekend. My husband decided to put the bed together last night as we began to go the parts for the bed he noticed that the bed has been used. There was dirt and scratches on the the poles of the bed. The bag for screws and instructions were already open. It’s very upsetting to see that they would sell an used item for regular price during a pandemic. How could u just box the item back up as if it was new. We are dealing with covid and I just feel as though it’s unsanitary. My baby isn’t even born yet so it was no way for me to have used it already!
Buy Buy Baby so far has been a great experience for us! We purchased the Soho Manchester Crib set and will be picking it up tomorrow! I misplaced the receipt and had tried the online chat/calling the store and emailing and nobody was able to help me. I decided to call one last time before I picked the furniture up to get a copy of the receipt and MICHELLE was amazing! She found my email without even asking me and said she would email my receipt within minutes! Great customer service from her!
