Ruth Wells was so amazing! I knew what I wanted, she had an intuitive way to show me the things I would like! She also helped us pair 2 separate pieces together. Ruth was knowledgeable and very kind and kept us engaged. She gave us space when we needed it and more options when we needed it. Can’t thank her enough for everything!!

Amanda has been very helpful on both our visits to Ashley furniture store. She is always willing to help but also gives us the space we want just to look around.nWe appreciate her product knowledge and professionalism. And we also appreciate that she took the time to have a conversation with us even though we were the last customers of the day and I am sure she was anxious to close up and get home.

I had a wonderful experience today at Ashley. I was immediately greeted by Amanda. She was very warm and friendly and so knowledgeable about everything within the store. I have been waiting for a mattress since December. I came in today to see if I could find another option, especially since it’s been since December. The sales person who originally sold me my bedroom set NEVER made contact in all this time. Amanda was able to help me pick out another mattress as well as an additional $8,300 worth of merchandise and all will be delivered next week.nnWhen I say she is THE BEST, she is phenomenal. If you want a consummate professional, please go see Amanda at Ashley Furniture in Fredericksburg in Central Park. You will not be disappointed. Ashley is a wonderful store with great furniture and so happy they have a wonderful employee representing them by Amanda!nnThank you again Amanda and keep up the excellent work!

I went into Ashley looking to purchase a living room set for my first house. Amanda gave me a cheerful greeting and let me know she'd be close by if I needed anything. I'm a very picky and indecisive person, and did several laps around the store until finally finding a set I loved. Amanda came over after letting me take some time to shop and offered her help. She was excellent in explaining their sales, finance and purchase options, protection/warranty plans and all of the details I didn't even think I needed! And she did this without once being condescending, pushy, or obnoxious. She made the checkout process quick and I never felt confused about the 'fine print'. She even managed to price match my set from the company website and save me money. She made the overall experience very relaxing and easy and I highly recommend seeking her out! She was wonderful to work with.

I came into your store on 11/22/20nnUpon entering the store I looked around briefly and I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy King. She was very kind and helpful. She took the time to show me different options that I had available. I have checked on furniture in a few different stores.
