The Fred bus station has been very professional and helpful to giving me a deviation stop in the morning to get to work. they also gave me a deviation stop at my work where I can get picked up as well. This has been very helpful and they've been very kind ,professional and cost efficient.

Ride Fred should make an app for this route with a time schedule and gps location mta transit has it for buses and trains so convenient a gps tracking is worth it but I try to time it from my backyard I’m on the F2 route ud83dudcafud83dudd10.

I just moved from Brooklyn and these guys & women that work their are so nice keep up the business keep participating in the ride Fred bus I’m using them everyday to go around Virginia. I definitely love it here and I lived in Brooklyn for 33 years

Terrible customer service and the buses are inconsistent
