Nice staff but they don't answer phone calls or messages.
This Community Based Outpatient Clinic is the best. I am treated respectfully, my questions are always answered. There is a little wait to get an appointment, but it is absolutely worth it to me. I’ve never once felt bad, or embarrassed about any of my conditions, everyone works together as a team and is very patient. All around a wonderful facility with great staff!
Staff was very helpful and informative about the new process of going through the VA contracted agency for examinations, vs. the VAnHospital.nnWas contacted by LHI within 3weeks and all went well.nThank you
Not sure yet. I would never come here again. They are limited to knowledge. If you have an indept case for benefits go elsewhere. They can help with small things like getting records, which you can really do online.
