Generally speaking this best buy is good on customer service. Not great. I'm always hoping there will be someone walking by so I can ask them questions about the tech I'm looking at. Lately, the shelves have been pretty bare. Several times I've wanted a specific product but have not seen it in the store. I like to see before I buy but that's been hard to come by at best buy. I still enjoy coming here to look at what's new. I just wish they had more sales associates available.
Huge store, appliances as well as electronics on show and friendly staff
No customer service. No game selection. NOTHING!
Not crowded. Social distancing and mask in effect and their shelves were stocked.
Front desk customer service is very poor im customer service.
