Before you buy any kind phone or accessory you need to call T-Mobile confirm Everything what the store employee say.nWhat they say at the store And what The T-Mobile have a deal is too different thing. They just say anything to sell you the phone So the employee at the store to sell you the phone to get a commission.nAgain confirm it with T-Mobile company to confirm the deal what they tell you at the store Before you by the phone.

Customer service requires development. I was trying to exchange my Iphone 11 64 GB to a 128 GB and the associate, A tall caucasian Male, has large build was charging me around $200 down payment just to exchange the phone that I had got 6 days ago. Prior to exchanging the phone, I was aware that there was a $50 restocking fee, and so I was surprised when he told me that I needed to pay that big amount. Earlier the same day at the same location, there was also a caucasian lady who seemed to be in her mid 30s or early 40s, that gave my sister and I a very impolite, and not an engaging behavior. I had forgotten my receipt for the exchange and so I decided to check if I can pull it up from my T-mobile account and she proceeded to say “it’s not there” again in a very authoritative and rude manner. According to her, “it runs through a POS” so it won’t be there but the way the message was relayed was uncultured. Later that day when we came back, she was helping two caucasian individuals with a more pleasant attitude towards them. I hope she was not being unmannerly because my sister and I are Asians. I am normally understanding when it comes to these kinds of matters specially during this challenging time for all of us. I respect their jobs and I actually admire them for still working during this difficult time, but It’s not too much to ask for someone to have common courtesy, I believe all cultured people should know that. I hope this location should develop their interpersonal and customer service skills for the greater good of T-mobile customers. On the other hand the location in Seattle (White Center) was the complete opposite.They were engaging, knowledgeable , and was able to help me exchange my 64 gb Iphone 11 to a 128 gb without paying that $200 . Thanks to Hernan! who made my day so much better!

Good customer service.

had a few hours to kill before my flight. need to upgrade my phone so walked in this store. all employees were busy with customers so i wandered around looking at phones. after a bit some of the employees were free. not a “be with you in a minute, no one said hi, one employee looked at me and then looked away”. mind you at this point there were three employees around 1 customer. got fed up and walked out. i love t-mobile and we are loyal customers but this store is not good
