Tara and her team at Mend are true professionals and experts at bodywork. They really listen to what you need and provide the best services from a relaxing massage to specialized techniques that target specific areas to reduce muscle tension and relieve pain. Also, the atmosphere is warm and inviting! I would definitely recommended booking an appointment with them. I’ve had work done from multiple therapists there and you can’t go wrong!
Great service. They are willing to work with my insurance company. They are very flexible if I need to reschedule. The therapists are top-notch. Easy to deal with location in Downtown Hood River and great rooms.

All the staff at Mend is very friendly! I usually see Roman and he is very experienced and knowledgeable. Tara makes scheduling so easy and works with my insurance! Relaxing and clean rooms. I appreciate that they are open evenings and weekends which makes finding a time to go in convenient. Best place in the gorge to get a massage!
