Tara and her team at Mend are true professionals and experts at bodywork. They really listen to what you need and provide the best services from a relaxing massage to specialized techniques that target specific areas to reduce muscle tension and relieve pain. Also, the atmosphere is warm and inviting! I would definitely recommended booking an appointment with them. I’ve had work done from multiple therapists there and you can’t go wrong!

I appreciate that they are open evenings and weekends which makes finding a time to go in convenient. Best place in the gorge to get a massage!
