Customer service was incredible. My kids received snacks before we even got to our room! The lobby made us feel like we were vacationing in some tropical paradise. The kids enjoyed the water fall and Koi creek. The room felt like a mini apartment with separate rooms perfect for traveling with kids or multiple families. The room was not recently visually upgraded but it was clean and had plenty of amenities.nBreakfast was very good buffet style and enjoyed next to the water fall.nCheck in time needs to be sooner but check out time was perfect.nOverall for the price, comfort, quality and customer service, this will definitely be a repeat place.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Airport has 5 star service but I gave the three stars because of the bad guest laundry and dining situation. The employees are really nice, patient, and fast but their owners need to invest in this location, FAST. The bed and the room are really comfortable. They do offer easy accessible low cost overnight parking for overnight guests.nnDaniel Read IV

I liked it, it was surprising when I first walked it. It looks like a basic building from the outside, but once you get yourself inside the scenery changes dramatically and it goes from bland to something that looks like it came straight from Japan. Honestly it felt warm and inviting.

I love this place from the front desk to housekeeping, they always go above and beyond for me! I also think the lobby is awesome! I will be back for sure thank you Embassy PDX

I'm a traveling man, and spend alot of time in airplanes and hotels. Finding a decent hotel in Portland can be challenging. But!! Embassy Suites near the Portland Airport is as good as great gets! Let's start with the entrance. It's beautiful, the atrium is amazing. The check-in process is just so easy, and the service is excellent. The room is also absolutely perfect. It's as close to home as it gets.nnThe bed is so comfortable, and the layout of the room is inviting. The cleanliness of the hotel all around is excellent, especially during a global pandemic. They place a sticker seal on the door letting you know the room has been cleaned. The seal breaks when you enter the room. Even the remote controls to the TV's are sanitized and sealed!nnI slept like a baby, after a very long days work, and that is usually difficult for someone like me! Again, it's as close to being home as it gets.nnAnd get this!! They serve hot breakfast! Yep, I did venture down to the breakfast this morning and was pleasantly surprised at all the offerings. Eggs, bacon, and a huge variety of cereals, drinks, and a great brew of fresh coffee.nnThanks Embassy Suites! You got me as a permanent customer now.
