Love Cooper Spur Ski and Tubing Area!!! It is like going back in time when the smaller resorts were around and people genuinely cared about their customers!nI’ve been their 3 times this season to snow shoe and love the trails around the area... The resort is beautiful and still rustic with the best views on the mountain.... friendly staff and a great rental facility on site.nWe love the remoteness of the area and the beauty and solitude one finds there.nWhat a Jewel on the mountain!!!’

The people at both the resort and the ski area were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Brian is an awesome ski instructor, took extra time outside of my son’s lesson to take him up the ski lift for his first time- thanks for going above and beyond! We stayed at Homestead Cabin at the resort, and it was comfy, roomy, and clean. Perfect trip for my kids’ first time skiing!

We love this place with younger children and even teens! I'm checking if its open to come on new years day! We did that a few years ago. Met in Hood River, got 2 hotel suites together for new years eve there then came to tube the next day! Nice little extended family holiday!!!

Great family place! Had a nice beginner area with rope tow. We were hesitant to go during covid but everyone was wearing masks and very respectful.

We called ahead and were told that we wouldn't need to buy tickets and they never fill up, so just to come out. Spent $150 to rent ski equipment and drove an hour and a half here only to be turned away when we arrived by a rude parking lot attendant saying the lot was full and we were too late. Of course all of the other ski areas are totally booked because they allow advance lift ticket reservations. This was obviously really disappointing, but made worse by how dismissive the staff were. Definitely go somewhere that allows you to buy your tickets in advance and don't trust them when you call because they will mislead you. We won't make this mistake again.
