Don’t know how to call you to tell you the items you purchased are running late and unprofessional

I went in today to pick up a small couple of things, just a mattress cover and a bedframe, but the experience was as if I was buying the bed set too. Sometimes going into businesses with a small need creates an atmosphere of annoyance and inconvenience, but not here. I haven't felt that welcome into a business in quite some time. It was the owner herself who helped me and without hesitation we instantly built comradery and rapport. I would recommend this store over any other Bend or Redmond mattress store that I have been to over the years. Thank you for the welcome chat, and incredible service.
