The woman who owns this business in conjunction with her husband is a nightmare. Her husband made promises to me regarding my remodel and she came to my house and told me she didn’t care what #%?! promises he made I wasn’t getting it. She was so bad it took much longer to get my remodel done as the contractors she would send to do my tile kept quitting. One bathroom remodel took 5 different contractors. The ones who finally finished the job did not do a great job and messed up things and I am stuck with it as the tile was discontinued right after I bought mine.nnThe work on my bathroom was a few years ago and unless you changed ownership my review stands. And, this is being posted under a pseudonym. I did not say a woman did the bid. And, again, unless you changed ownership you did use outside contractors.
