I don't care too much for a Montana broom and brush because of them price gouging during the coronavirus
A great asset and store for community and business nerds.
Big parking lot, fast unloading, friendly staff.
They sent the incorrect paper towel dispenser, and it didn't fit the rolls they said it took, which i ordered accordingly. I paid their $2 surcharge and when they delivered the correct item, they're charging me again. The charge was supposedly removed but here I am still getting statements for it.. And their delivery guy who was not to come until AFTER 10 am, on Thursdays, kept coming during exercise classes and toting his handtruck right in the middle of students. Not satisfied with this company so far and will be looking elsewhere soon if this surcharge isn't removed i already paid for it the first time. A customer should NEVER be charged for the company's mistake!!!
If you order by phone I advise you have the part number you want. Describing item does not work- I ordered trash can liners in clear/white. Got black-->on 2 occasions.Then when they say they can look thru previous orders for items they will keep sending the incorrect item. When visiting the store--> no one seems to be happy they are working there. Overall, not a great experience.
