many times when I get food from there you can only go through the drive-thru I do not get the napkins or any salt or pepper some mostly the orders are wrong and service is unbelievably slow in the evenings lots of younger generational kids there it wasn't that way last year I don't know what happened to the one on excelsior but it's just really gone downhill customer service wise their prices have jumped way up too as some of them on mulatte's things like that although I love

Truly the slowest service of any fast food. Save your self 30 min sitting in line and drive 2 miles to the other DQ location
The blizzards were great. The girl who waited on us needs to be friendlier, she was kind of rude
