Felicia is absolutely amazing!!! I had an hour facial with her. She sat down with me to discuss my skin issues, explained how best to care for it in a way I could understand. Her neck and scalp massage were awesome too. Panache, give Felicia a raise!
Zero stars! I have never wrote a review before but this needs to be said to hopefully save some people their hair and money/stress. This place is not somewhere you want to go. Trust your gut. They will destroy your hair, take your money and never respond again! This salon is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to and I’m scarred for life. I will never go to a hair salon again! Love the experience and the knowledge of the employees. Let alone the natural products used. Megan did a fantastic job making my hair color vibrant and the color fresh, even after 6 months of zero hair care due to COVID! Great job Megan!
I love Panache! I visit all their locations for Spa services to products since 2004. Friendly, inviting, relaxing, and I love Aveda because of them.
My husband and I book an appointment at this place when we’re in town every year. It’s our go-to! I’ve had appointments for massages, body wraps and scrubs, hair, nails, and makeup. We recently both had a massage (a relaxation for me and deep tissue for my husband) by Morgan, and both massages were so good. My husband even said it was the best deep tissue massage he’s ever had. My nail technician was also very friendly. I also love all of the Aveda products they carry. The place smells amazing right as you walk in. Thanks for always taking good care of us!
