They do not follow up. Staff changes. I love the store and have lovely pieces in my homes. They over promise and under deliver!

It is a great store! I love to go and see what new items they have, it is like visiting one of the home decorating magazines I love - in person! The designers and staff are always friendly and helpful. In fact, when I needed a small lamp and accessories for a side table, they helped me choose a few and take them home on approval to make sure they worked before I purchased them. They are on my lists of favorites!

I could not be happier with Juniper Hill Furniture. I am a newbie to Reno and had much decorating to do. My neighbor recommended Trish Dietze, owner of Juniper Hill. The store is warm and inviting and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. It is a shame someone could give them a 1star, they are far from it. Perhaps that person is more adapted to a store like Mor where you can finish your house like everyone else in one swoop. If you want your house to be furnished with quality furniture, unique to your style, this is the place for you. I am so happy with the results of my family room and am now ready to finish the rest of the house. Love Trish and her whole team!

I had a wonderful experience touring around the Mediterranean on a boat designed by Trish. Every space was elegant and comfortable.
