We recently rented a cabin in Ruidoso this past week. The hot tub wasn't working. The office told us to call this number, my step daughter spoke with Jeff on the phone. He said he would be out shortly and he was. Very pleasant and professional, fixed the problem fast and we were able to enjoy the hot tube for the rest of our stay. I'd recommend this company. Poor poor poor service!
The owners of Sierra Spas are dedicated to great products and service. Ruidoso would be in trouble without them. The rest of the outfits in town that service tubs are fly by night at best.
