Clean gym and tons of equipment

Most, but not all of the patrons are respectful to others and the equipment. The staff is doing a great job keeping the place clean and well maintained. I do wish there is a posted notice to users of the gym to limit their time spent on the equipment, especially when they just sit on the machines looking at their phones and not allowing others to use that piece of equipment for 10 / 15 minutes not working with it.

Poor customer service and corporate is unreacheable. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company handles all refund disputes directly. Their staff are also very unfriendly and will argue about not providing refunds. I do not recommend. I did not use service for month of august 2020 due to covid concerns and requested a refund and cancellation of account. I also requested the annual fee refunded. They declined assistance with this matter.nnPlease go through your bank they can change your account number to stop further charges.nnI would have kept my account open if they handled my situation a little differently.nnThis is how I get treated during covid times.

My favorite color is purple. There are multiple machines of each type. It's affordable and nearby. But most of all I can tan here thanks to Seattle rain and cold.

Huge modern facility, always super clean, with a big selection of machines and workout areas. I transferred my membership to this location from Aurora, and it's maybe even a little nicer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And of course as with any Planet Fitness, it is crazy affordable -- I've spent more on a solo taco bell run than membership costs per month. Premium members have access to tanning beds and a sauna I think? The perks that everyone gets are nice but seem a little like a cruel joke - pizza days, bagel and donut days, not to mention the buckets of tootsie rolls around... I guess that's one way for a gym to generate returning customers ud83dude06.
