I am willing to believe that it was an exceptionally busy day but the quality in service was very poor. One person working with multiple people which made the progress of buying phones incredibly slow. A step that should take 2 minutes would take 10-15 minutes. But that’s how it is at this location, you will do a lot of needless waiting.nnSecond they kept trying to upsell different things and when we mentioned we weren’t interested and only wanted the phones, they were quite rude about it and continued to waste even more time.nnThird, when introduced to the plan either they misheard my question on data or misspoke their answer. Because after a couple weeks we asked about the lack of faster data and they mentioned we need to pay an additional 10 dollars a month...why wasn’t this addressed when I asked the question in store? Did they not know the differences between plans?nnLastly, they mentioned there was a monthly discount if we signed up for auto pay, so we went ahead and did that with the same card we bought the phones with. At the end of the month I got a text message saying that I have an overdue bill. I assumed that was a mistake because we had put the card on file in person...it was not. When I went back in store they said that they didn’t have any card information...nnI have had other experiences at this location so that why it’s not a one star review. I also enjoy the phones and the coverage in Seattle is fine. But for future T-Mobile purchases and inquiries, I will be going to a different location. At least somewhere where the employees pay full attention.

Shane, the store manager is INCREDIBLE. He assisted my family in transitioning over to TMobile, ensured we got the most incredible deals on our devices and plans and even went out of his way to ensure we got free lines when they became available. He clearly has an in depth understanding of what the company offers and how to maximize his customers dollars. He and the other staff are very friendly as well and observe social distancing and sanitizing procedures. They will even help you resolve billing issues. Can't state enough about how happy we are with TMobile and our experiences with this location and how AWESOME Shane is.

We had an excellent experience with Shane, the manager. We were trying to get a family plan, switch 3 phones over from different providers, add family control to a new line, then we ended up doing a trade-in and got a new device. The process took a long time, as expected, but Shane was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful during the process. Absolutely great service!!

I had gone to Shane at a previous location. And I'll continue to go to him for help. He got my new phone switched over so easy. the way he manages his store makes it so comforting and welcoming.

The manager whose name Shane was so friendly and really y helpful. He provided me and many customers while I was in the store with a excellent customer service. I love this place
