If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner and luthier not on the same page. One says he did the work...other says it was never done- and still have a broken truss rod and was charged. Basically paid these people for a set of ultra light strings as compensation for their shoddy work. I understand this has positive reviews..but beware. Terrible work and customer service.nnAmendment to owner response: A refund would have been welcomed; but was not offered. Ultra light strings were the compensation. I have included a photo on the photo page of a shoddy patch job that I could have done myself. Additionally, the owner requested to meet me off location to give me my guitar back...then made me wait 20 minutes for him to arrive.
Needed to return an instrument during COVID. I work for healthcare... so I’ve been locked into overtime. Went to the store 4 times each time closed regardless of what the hours say on the door. Called the “owner” 3 times and he never returned my calls. Was then charged a $60 late fee.
I just bought a bass guitar, extra bass strings, and several pics for $120, the owner was very kind and polite and he gave me one hell of a deal. I'm definitely going to be reccomend this place to everyone!
If he doesn’t have it he will get it at a great price.
