Emiko is an outstanding piano instructor and an excellent pianist herself. She has a warm, encouraging, and patient style that makes her a pleasure to work with. She provides lots of helpful guidance, ranging from basic technique (such as hand and finger movement) to fine aesthetic points (e.g., voicing and dynamics) and from beginner to advanced levels. I feel that my playing has improved significantly since I started taking lessons with her. She has also encouraged me to explore other composers and styles of music than those I was focused on previously, and this has turned out to be something I really enjoy and appreciate. Although my own experience is as one of her adult students, I’m sure that Emiko’s kind, encouraging, and patient teaching style also works wonderfully with children. I highly recommend her as a piano instructor.
I want to recommend a wonderful piano teacher. Emiko has a classical pianist with a masters of music, and has been performing and teaching for many years. She is experienced teaching both children and adults, and is caring and patient with everyone, regardless of their level. You and your children will love working with her.
