They went above and beyond to help me buy a mattress. There was no pressure whatsoever, my friend and I were made to feel comfortable and welcome to browse. We actually had an issue that I myself created and the solution was offered easily and immediately. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a mattress ever again!! Thank you so so much!

Kevin was so helpful! He showed us everything we needed to know about the options available to us. He took our needs, both physically and financially, into consideration when showing us the floor models. He encouraged us to “shop around”, which we did, and at the end of the day, we came back to Kevin. We couldn’t find anyplace that could match the value that they could provide. We also liked the fact that we were buying from a family-owned company, not a big box store. We would highly recommend Kevin and his family to anyone!!

My experience with Mattress Showcase was absolutely wonderful! Shawn was extremely helpful and informative yet not pushy. He explained the differences between mattresses so I could choose the mattress that best suited my needs. They delivered the same morning to accommodate my schedule. Shawn and the delivery staff were friendly and courteous! I highly recommend Mattress Showcase, an absolute 10!

Dale was great, spent all the time we needed with us and answered all of our questions! Price was right and purchased the brand we were looking for. His son Kevin answered the phone on the initial call we made for information and he spent a tremendous amount of time answering our questions instead of off just blowing us off as another phone call just price shopping. Great small local business and glad we could purchase there. Definitely will recommend to anyone and go back for future purchases. Looking forward to our quick two day delivery!

We had the best retail experience ever! All of our questions were answered intelligently, we were allowed to try every mattress we wanted, and there was not one second of high pressured sales!! We can’t thank you enough for not getting upset when we changed our initial order and explaining how to achieve what we were wanting! So very helpful!
