not busy. horrible customer service. young kid replaced screen saver and it looks terrible. he told me that if i wanted it redone i would have to pay for the glass again. totally could care less about his poor work and had a bad attitude. Mick i hope you are willing to make this right. we have done business with you for over 15 years.

Talk about superb customer service! This store, and the manager Mick McLeod, truly care about their customers and delivering the BEST IN CLASS service. I purchased a new iPhone, added a line for family with my older iPhone and upgraded two flip phones. Mick took the time to fully explain options and keyed me in to another rate plan giving our now 4 lines with unlimited data to share, at only a few dollars more than what I was paying for 3 lines. Why wait in line at a national store when you can buy local and get personalized service in your hometown? Visit the Canal Fulton store, you’ll be glad you did.

Hidden gem in the Canal Fulton area and well worth a drive. Very knowledgeable sales people that are service oriented. Wait times are quite reasonable. I really enjoy doing business at this location and would not go anywhere else!
