Bought a $3,000 mattress along with a $70 bed cover that we can’t even use. Can’t return it, which we were never told, and of course they give us the “ manufacturer won’t take them back” excuse. They say that customer satisfaction is their “highest priority” but apparently not in this case. Not sure if we’ll make any further purchases from this store ... ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SIGN OR SWIPE YOUR CARD!

Well organized store with great, courteous staff. So many options to choose from! Pricing is reasonable and affordable. They can even set up a 12 month payment plan and have a protection plan available that covers so many things that could go wrong for 5 years.

The absolute best service I have ever received while buying furniture. Zoe greater us at the door, found out what are needs for where and gave us a great deal on a premium lift chair for my father. We highly recommend giving them the chance to win your business you won’t be disappointed

Evan was super helpful in our search for a less trendy style of formal leather couches and tables. They didn’t have what we were looking for in stock so he helped us search for a suitable product through several manufacturers. The price was very competitive and the service top notch. Due to Covid 19 it will be months before we have it in our home but that is true of all manufacturers currently and not in control of Goffena. Good people to work with.

They let you browse without being pushy. Great service. I highly recommend them for great selection , quality, and pricing. Worth the trip!!!
