What an absolutely wonderful phone store for Sidney to have! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiling faces and was asked about my specific needs and was assisted throughout my visit until I was completely taken care of. Would 10/10 recommend stopping in for everything phone related from phone cases to services.
I love this store... All the employees are amazing.. They are very knowledgeable an treat u like family.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else... I will follow Paul anywhere he goes. I have been with Sprint for over 2 yrs an have only dealt with this store... Keep up the amazing work...
This store is a joke. I contacted sprint because I preordered 2 note 10pluses and I wanted to change the color of one of the phones. They told me because the order was placed online i had to go into the store. My wife and i go into the store and the woman who was working was not only rude, but acted like she didnt want to do anything. She even said that sprint customer service should have handled it and not sent me into the store.
