WHATEVER YOU DO.. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could a PSA regarding this company, I would go on T.V. to do it! I ordered a Trex rocker for my husband last April - yep, you heard right, last April. Had the rocker 1 month and the bolt snapped off into the back panel of the rocker. The bolt was embedded so you could not just order a new bolt, the back panel had to be replaced. After numerous attempts to get someone, anyone, on the phone (to no avail - due to COVID), I requested to send the rocker back and requested a refund. As of this writing, I still have not received my refund and April will be a YEAR. I completely understand the pandemic has caused many business hardships, however, a full year to get a refund, not to mention, not one person from the company has contacted via phone. I have sent numerous Help Desk emails/tickets which might or might be answered. I am completely fed up and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in that state!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We placed an order for a chaisse lounge set in July 2020 with a two week lead time. The chairs didnt show up until October 2020. No cushions. We were told the cushions were on backorder for 8-10 weeks. When I followed up again, they told me the cushions werent available in the fabric I wanted. Yet, I could still order that fabric on the website. I finally talked to a customer service rep. (She was very nice and helpful) which is nearly impossible. She had me pick out another fabric from the polywood.com site? The color is hideous, and doesnt go with anything I have. The cushions still didnt show. After three more emails, they sent me an email back indicating the sku wasnt set up yet. After three more emails, I received another email indicating I couldnt get that fabric color, to pick another one. NO KIDDING. It is now March 6, 2021, and I have no idea what Im supposed to do.

It's unfortunate there are so many poor reviews for this company. After I did a fair amount of research I found that Premium Poly Patios had the best price on the furniture we wanted. That being said, when we placed the order I was aware the lead times were extremely far out due to the high demand during COVID. We made a purchase of Luxcraft furniture 10/6/2020 and was given two partial ship dates of 12/7 and 12/11. Yes this was a long lead time but the furniture was all delivered in early December as promised. Everything came packaged exceptionally well and there was no damage. When I had a question I got on their website and the online chat was able to give me prompt and accurate information. 4/5 stars for fair prices and accurate ship times. Lost a star because I believe they should take payment when the order ships not all up front!

On May 27 2020 I ordered a Shade Mobile Rolling Umbrella Base from Premium Poly Patios for $165.99. The company was unable to deliver and on 7/08/2020 I canceled my order. The Co confirmed my cancellation and sent my request for reimbursement to the accounting department.nSince then, I have contacted the Co. via E Mail 12 times and received as many promises for reimbursement either by check or Pay Pal.nUntil today I received nothing! They seem shadier than the umbrellas they sell.nTake your business elsewhere, or order their products through Costco, as they will at least back you up!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I have had furniture on order since July 3rd. No response ever from Voicemail, email, facebook messenger. Can't get a refund, can't get anything from a place that is basically shut down but their website looks like they would still love to take your money. TOTAL SCAM!
