They COMPLETELY destroyed our brand new trash can over the course of 6 months. literally every morning after s pick up , we had to go out and pick up pieces of our smashed trash can. Its no longer useable at all. Whoever picks up trash needs some anger management cuz it looks like they took an extra 5 mins just to kick a new piece out every time. So unprofessional.
Company told us to prepay for the year up front and we did now we are moving and they wont refund our money for 6 months of the prepay . Only solution they would give us if we have a truck load of garbage they would get rid of it for us with out charging us. That I my mind is theft of services. We will be looking further into this.
Not sure who.the one guy spoke to but I just called and spoke to a very nice young lady. Because of her I will be calling when I'm ready.
Went this morning to drop a pick up truck load for misc household garbage, stuff that had accumulated over the winter. I drive a ram 2500 short bed, had about 9 bags in the back. Have been doing this for YEARS! Always had a good experience. Always. Not today. There was a woman at the front whom I had not seen before, she was BEYOND rude, wanted to charge me DOUBLE what I usually pay for a load (usually take the k10 which holds a lot more than the ram), swore the rates had not increased, refused to let me speak to anyone else, and told me to ‘take my junk to waste management’. Unbelievable. Not sure what crawled in her butt this morning, but I’ll drive to lake county before I let someone speak to me like that. Shame on you.
