Very rude tech. An old man with a cane came to look at my carpet which the dog had thrown up on (warranty through wayfair). He said the spot was too big and they had to get different machines. I asked when they would come back. He said he’s didn’t know when. 2 days later I received notice that my claim was denied. I called and the old man told the warranty company I was running dog boarding out of my house. I have several dogs all of which are mine and I do not have a boarding business nor do I watch other people’s dogs. I had to file an appeal which they did honor. Then they sent the same company ( different tech at my request ) out to clean the spot (no extra machinery I might add). Just RUDE and incompetent.

Josh was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He helped from start to finish in finding the issues with my sectional and I am very happy with his work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Rob’s Custom furniture! Very satisfied with the results.

They give new life to worn out furniture. Excellent craftsmanship. Large fabric selection. Nice people. Have a variety of services aside from upholstery, including wood furniture repair and spot cleaning rugs, mattresses, and furniture.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Contracted by Morrison’s furniture to reupholster my couch and asked us to make them coffee while they were here, Rob was using my bathroom for 45+ minutes making painful grunting sounds that could be heard from the living room. My poor mother in law had to sit and listen to the owner complain about his employees work eithic, and then when the employee went to take his turn for 20+ minutes in my bathroom proceeded to tell her about that employees drug addiction problems. Extremely rude people. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone needing any sort of service with them. They are supposed to come back because they weren’t able to finish the job and will not be allowed into my home again.

Had them come out through Value City furniture warranty company to make some repairs to our furniture and then the tech from this company submitted a report to the warranty company and the warranty company due to that report denied any further work to be done on the furniture. We were left no information by the tech we did not see the report that he submitted to the warranty company and now we have to appeal it. I would not recommend this upholstery company. I tried speaking to the manager to find out what exactly was in the report but no call back. The receptionist was of no help at all.
