So girl who took order had no clue what she was doing .ordered a triple scoop cup with caramel chocolate ,cookie dough, and brownie. Husband ordered triple scoop with berry ,mango and chocolate both cups with fudge and krunch coat..I recieved 6 cups of triple scoop of single ice creams. 2 had hot fudge..No krunch coat..also ordered a red velvet machiato which came as a caramel machiato...idk you should train your people for the cost if things. Ridiculous...
Waited 20 min at the drive thru before I got to order. Ice cream is full of ice shards, just tasted like an ice cup. Extremely shady location, sketchy people wandering in and out of the back of the store, didn’t feel safe. Won’t be back
Shift change was a disaster at 10:20 pm. There were no orders taken for 10 + minutes at the drive thru. The lobby was closed due to Covid. The service was unacceptable and very inefficient. This is a very poor way of doing business.
The to clerk that took care of the three of us were very courteous respectful and kind. Although the store did not have 31 flavors of ice cream it had a wide variety of flavors available. The store was very clean and had a refreshing atmosphere.
