I purchased a bedroom set (queen bed frame, sideboard, headboard, chest, dresser w/ mirror), and customized a 6-seat sectional March of 2020. I have no words to describe how wonderful Factory Furniture staff was with assisting me from measurement, to color, to delivery. Factory Furniture staff was absolutely wonderful and patient with me. I had ordered the aforementioned furniture pieces and had them delivered right before the Covid-19 pandemic... thus, my furniture was delivered to their warehouse if/as needed and delivered to my apartment in a very timely manner. One year later, my furniture has held up beautifully. The sectional appears as if I have not even sat on it all this time (no imprints, no sagging, no cosmetic issues). Great quality for an even greater price. Overall, beyond satisfied with my experience, huge thanks to everyone from management (Jeremy) to the delivery team (Randy). 10/10 would recommend and certainly have recommended Factory Furniture to many loved ones and colleagues.

Bought a sofa and recliner recently, super good prices, set up at home was 5 star. They were recommended to me by a friend. Saved a lot of money on the same furniture by local stores. Very satisfied!!

Terrible communication. Went in there with my boyfriend February 20th purchased a sectional. Was told they had one left in stock. Said first week of March we’ll get a call for delivery. Never received a call. Couldn’t reach them on the phone went in there. Then was told end of March beginning of April. We decided to call to just see. Since failed communication last time. Called last weekend to check then was told end of April. We paid for the whole thing up front. Told the send time we went in there they couldn’t sell the floor model. There was not a sold sign on floor model the 3 other times we went in there. Went in last weekend and there was a sold sign on the floor model. But we were told we can’t sell that to you. They told us they will have our couch by April 10th. We purchased an ottoman with the couch. Was told we’d have the couch by April 10th but the ottoman will be in end of April. We are giving them one more chance If we don’t receive our couch April 10th with free delivery like promised. You will lose our business and we make sure family/friends don’t do business anymore.
