If I could give this place zero stars I would. I been with rent a center for over a year now. I have made all of my payments on time untill January. I got COVID and was in the hospital and found out I have a brain tumor that put me out of work for a little bit, I got caught up on my payments no big deal. Last week I ended up back in the hospital again because of the tumor, which means I’m a week late and miss 1 payment. They came to my house Thursday 2 times Friday 4 times and today 5 times. I will be contacting corporate, because their is no reason they should be coming to my house this much and messing with my ring doorbell, that they do not own.

No good and I tried to rent an laptop online went into the store and filled out the application the rest of the way and returned home 30 minutes later just to find out my money was returned to my card

Very nice and caring staff. Pretty good selection, on a few bus routes for convenience. Overall, very pleased with them.
