Customer service is great and helpful! I only rate it 4 instead of 5 stars because I wanted to buy a new radio for my car, but they had no access to the kit. They tried hard and I'm sure there was no way they could have done it, but hopefully the company itself works this out. The people I worked with were fantastic though and they exhausted all options trying to help me.

My main man Travis is the guy to see if you want first class service. He got me together very well and we even had a nice conversation while he set up my new Verizon phone. I had no wait time before I was seen and it was a great experience. Once again, my main man Travis is your go to guy for cellphones and like electronics there. He won't steer you wrong.

We purchased a gas dryer that was to be delivered 10-27-2020 on 10-24-2020. On the delivery date we received 3 texts it was on its way . Our delivery window was 7am to 1pm. We get a phone call informing us it was not on the truck. Best buy told us it would be delivered on 10-30-2020. On 10-29-2020 We received confirmation texts it would be delivered on the 30th. Well we got a phone call that they didn't have it. We requested a refund and we were informed we couldn't get our money back until next month. This is the worst customer service and delivery system I have ever experienced. I will never do business with them ever. By the way no compensation nor replacement dryer was offered. So MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CONCERN.

Best Buy is expensive. Stood in the car audio section for 20 mins without help. Ended up leaving and finding the speakers cheaper elsewhere.

Worst phone customer service ever... just to give you a heads up that phone number is an automated system it will never let you talk to a person in the store ever I’ve been calling for more then 5 hours total in the last two days when I’m sure if I talked to a person in store it would be able to be solved immediately the only reason we purchased something from them versus Amazon is the in person/phone service and yet I haven’t been able to talk to a single person...hey best buy if you would like to get ahold of me please feel free to message me this is terrible...
