This is my new go-to place! As someone who has worked front-line customer service for years, I say with full confidence that their customer service was amazing. They were so patient with me and answered all of my questions, not once making me feel like I was being a bother to them. Marcela did my hair and she did a FANTASTIC job. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the style that I received. Much love to these people.
Marcela was absolutely wonderful! I went to impressions for the first time and she did exactly what I asked her to do. I got a full color and highlights and she even showed me color swatches prior to dyeing it - just to make sure I liked the color. She was easy going, timely, and kind. The price was reasonable as well— this will be my go to place from now on! I absolutely adore how my hair turned out! Treat yourself! ud83dudc95
Taylor did a fantastic job, and the shop appropriately complied with all COVID precautions including frequent handwashing, very limited number of people in the salon at any one time, masks all around, and temperature checks all around. Very reasonably priced, and the interior is much more modern and updated than the sign may lead you to believe! I’ll definitely be going back again.
Always a great service, and my boyfriend and I as well as our family members have been getting our hair cut here for the past few years. Never disappointed with the service.
Marcela is amazing! After doing nothing to my hair for over 7 months she worked some magic on my tired messy split ends bun! I will be back for sure!
