Massage with Erin was amazing. Relaxing, invigorating, deep tissue massage, hot stones, moist heat-I was a smiling bag of bones when she finished, but one happy camper, and you will be too when you visit with Erin. Life if too short-get your massage today. Everyone at the business was friendly, professional, caring, and virus aware and safe.

I went to twistyle on a recommendation. Angie, the owner, was the only one available when I was, so I booked with her. I had heard iffy things before, but I wanted to give her a shot. She’s been in the business for an extended amount of time, so what damage could she do?nI work a lot, and I get my hair done infrequently. I went in with expectations of getting my hair done in an ashy blonde (I’m naturally a dirty blonde). When the service was over, I noticed that it wasn’t what I wanted. But because of the lighting and her curling my hair, I didn’t truly see the result until I got into my car. The crown down to about my shoulders looked like it was dyed a warm light brown, and had big, uneven chunks of highlights in it. Then, the bottom 4-6 inches or so of my hair had the right ashy tone, but it was very dull-looking. I paid, I tipped well, I bought product. I went home, thought about it for a while, and then called back and asked for a repeat process to fix my hair. Upon attempting to reschedule, I was able to secure an appointment a week later. But then I got sick! So I cancelled and rescheduled so that I didn’t get everyone sick. Then, at 7am on the day of my appointment, the owner claimed she had gotten sick, and was unable to do my hair. I told her I was sorry that happened, and attempted to reschedule to different days and times, and each time, she was “busy” and they’d “get back to me” when she was free. Being that I work 6 days a week and am a single mom, this won’t work for me. I assume Angie just didn’t want to fix her mistake, and figured I’d go away? I asked for a refund, very nicely. They informed me the best they could do was a $50 refund on a $150 process, with a $20 tip. It is embarrassing for me to walk around with my hair looking this way, and I’ve been pinning it back and wearing it up in anticipation of my service to fix it. But what’s more embarrassing is Angie’s audacity not to give me a real refund so that I can get someone who knows what they’re doing to fix her mistakes. It’s poor business ethic, and it’s shameful on her part. As a single mom, I have little time and little money, and begging for multiple times and dates for her to fix my hair is even worse, only for them to deny my every request.nThis is a salon that doesn’t feel inviting, has poor quality results, and an owner who will not own up to her own mistakes and scheduling issues. I will not only never return, but I will actively recommend against ever going here as often as possible.

Angie, Erin, and Pam are ALL AWESOME! So are the rest of the staff that work at Twistyle. I've been seeing everyone there for over 20 years, and EVERYONE has satisfied my tastes, needs, and style. They are all very friendly, and the salon is always immaculate! I've participated in every service they have offered over the years, and I've NEVER been disappointed. I have consistently been completely satisfied with my massages--we always purchase a package of them from Erin, and when we've used all of our package, we immediately purchase another set. Likewise, my hair and waxing are always done in a caring and professional manner. I'm always greeted with excitement from everyone who works at Twistyle. This past weekend my mother-in-law and my brother-in-law visited for Thanksgiving. Mom needed a new style, and brother-in-law need a massage; Angie and Erin had room in their schedules for our two visitors, and both of them came home completely satisfied with their first Twistyle experience. I feel blessed to have known them all for so many years, and I look forward to being part of their clientele for many more years to come. I would highly recommend Twistyle to ANYONE who cares about their hair and every grooming need. In addition to all of these wonderful aspects, Twistyle also runs an incredibly safe COVID-19 atmosphere and protocol. Clients text to let the receptionist know we're there, then someone comes to our car to take our temperature--everyone has to wear a mask. Once your temp is screened, you go straight in to your scheduled service--no waiting around. Also, EVERYONE is spaced apart MUCH farther than the required 6 feet, and this adds an additional layer of safety and comfort. When your service is finished, clients check out and schedule their next appointment, and then we leave through a different door from which we entered. It could not be a safer environment during this pandemic.

Twistyle Art studio did cut ,color and highlights. First time in this salon and my hair looks and feels the best ever. Twistyle Art studio used a treatment to repair damage from previous salon color process. It was like magic and three weeks later still looks and feels as good as first day. Definitely found a winner.
