My parents are elderly and were moving. My dad had always wanted some furniture from T.Y. Fine Furniture being a fellow engineer. The bed is beautiful and practical (lower for their needs) and made with excellent craftsmanship! Even the two delivery men had a part in crafting the bed and were patient and very willing to take time to explain the bed. My mom also purchased a custom recliner tailored to her size. She may never leave her chair again.

Arletta at T.Y. came to our new home, and helped with furniture layout and took pictures of the colors in the rooms. She designed some layouts and provided color options for our furniture. Furniture arrived today and it is very high quality. Also pleased with size options for seating to accommodate different heights. Delivery service was excellent. Would recommend highly.

We bought an American Leather sleeper couch. Great company & product, and TY is a great retailer. Allowed us to borrow their swatches for extended time, and we kept showing up, bothering them, to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.nnUnfortunately the couch arrived with one missing leg leveler, which wasn’t noticed by the delivery assemblers. Then they didn’t lift the couch into place, but slid it across the hardwood floor. I came running in hearing the nasty gouging sound before I could stop them. Shame.nnBUT the owner Tarik sent his furniture repair man over who did a great job fixing the floor back to almost new. Bottom line: mistakes happen, but TY worked with us to fix everything as best as they can. I prefer that to a random big-box furniture place.

We visited T.Y. Fine Furniture months ago looking for comfortable seating for our family room. We found them in the Stressless reclining chairs, but needed to shop around before making the investment. After searching and finding nothing nearly as comfortable, we returned to T.Y. and made the purchase. We have had the chairs for about a month now and they are definitely the most comfortable seats in the house. Our shopping experience at T.Y. Fine Furniture was relaxed and hassle free. The chairs arrived when expected and were delivered by a professional crew. Thank you to all at T.Y. Fine Furniture!

We purchased two Norwegian made leather recliners and were very pleased with the sales staff and their assistance in choose the right covering as well as the right size chairs. We have received the chairs and the look beautiful and are extremely comfortable. Definitely a great experience.
