Our sales experience wasn't that great. We felt a lot of pressure to get what our sales rep, Shawn, wanted us to get, not what we wanted. We also ended up with incorrect colors for one of our showers, and when we contacted Simple Bath about it, he reached back out to us and blamed us, covid, and the long turn around time (caused by the pandemic) for the wrong colors. He even showed up unannounced and just walked in the house uninvited to speak with my wife about the issue while I was at work.nOur installation experience was the total opposite of our sales experience. The installation team was professional, respectful, helpful, and an all around pleasure to work with.nnUpdate: We had a conference with Shawn and the sales manager about the issues we presented. The final conclusion is that the colors will stay as they are and their sales reps will be more conscious of language used during a design consultation. The trespass was brought up in the call, but never addressed.
The staff is great! Very professional and know their craft! Establishment is clean and well maintained! My hair has never looked better!!!

Buyer Beware---Amateur Job! No attention to detail. Expensive for the quality of the work. Did not fix damage. Did not call back as agreed.
