April was amazing. We traded in a switch lite for a switch and she offered to help us switch everything over. She made the whole experience way easier than if we were to have tried to figure it out at home. Helping us transfer all the data and being patient, even though we had a very inpatient toddler with us. Definitely the best experience that I've had at any gamestop. Truly felt like she went out of her way to help us, even with being the only employee there. Seriously owed kudos! Really appreciate all the help! ud83dude01

Great place people are extremely nice and helpful would 100% recommend.
Man if I could give this place 100 stars I would, the staff like Dylan and I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name take the time to discuss any kind of game with me or if I feel like nerding out about dragon ball z stuff and anime they always have an open ear and knowledge to have a conversation with me. I intentionally drive past two or three other game stop locations because I always feel like I’m meeting my friends when I go there. This place is extremely fantastic and the service is through the roof !!
The employee or manager lacy has very poor customer service and gives attitude when I have received four defective controllers from 2 locations so I would not recommend this location if ur looking for custom service
