Excellent service. They close at 8 PM which I don’t like. I wish if they close at 9 or 10 just like old days before COVID-19. The weather now is nice and we have long days in spring and summer , so staying till 10 sipping your coffee will be enjoyable.
The guy who takes orders and sometimes is at the window, kept interrupting me I kept asking about a donut and he wouldn’t let me. He raised his tone after I had answered his question and didn’t let me finish he kept asking hot or iced after I said iced. He was rude and it just wasn’t pleasant especially being my first time ever at a Dunkin’ the drink was fine but the people are rude and disrespectful.
Very nice staff, but they get so very busy and behind on orders every morning I am there. I had to leave without my food item because it was forgotten in my order & I couldn't wait around for them to make it because I had to get to work
Drive thru attendant was very nice and helpful. Coffee was warm at best, ordered 2 different types of bagles and both were burnt. Like darker than a pretzel burnt and crunched when you took a bite. Called and left a message with no call back. Disappointing that the new location is already getting this many bad reviews.
Quick service. Great coffee without paying a small fortune like some other coffee chains.
