As far as the appliance, next day or same day delivery. Appliance worked well while mine was undergoing repairs.nnVery dissatisfied though regarding time for delivery/pick up. They are multiple hours late; they don't call you to update you that they'll be multiple hours late. I had to call in both for drop off and pick up. Just a total disregard for the customer's time. I don't like feeling stuck at home only to not have you show up in the time frame.
